Hi, I’m Andrea Montano, founder of Roof Over My Heart.
Years ago, I stood inside the half-built shell of a home I’d poured my savings into, betrayed by a contractor who vanished after taking my money. I had no guide, no clear steps, and no one to help me understand what just happened.
What started as a personal loss became a mission to expose where housing systems fail, and help others avoid the same harm.
